Description: Feeling exhausted by all the online meetings? In this month’s Center for Schools and Communities’ Family Support webinar, we will explore the characteristics of Zoom fatigue, why it happens, and how we can minimize its effects. We will discuss both physical and psychological aspects of Zoom fatigue. We will share strategies for both presenters and participants, adults and children. Join us to learn more about this timely topic.
